Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fine sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature

The fastest way to reach the editor is by email. Replies usually take a few days; sometimes a week if travel is involved.

Email

For corrections, suggestions, or questions about a specific post:
[email protected] (Sam Stone, editor)

For everything else (general feedback, partnership inquiries, technical issues with the site):
[email protected]

What to expect

Every email is read by a real person. Replies are sent in the order they arrive, with priority given to corrections — if you have spotted a factual error, mention "correction" in the subject line and it will be looked at the same day.

This is a one-person operation, so there is no separate press address, no PR contact, and no automated reply. Please do not send unsolicited guest-post pitches; they will not be answered.

Method

  1. Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Combine wet and dry mixtures, folding gently until just blended.
  3. Transfer to your prepared pan and smooth the surface evenly.
  4. Cool on a wire rack for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and gradually incorporate the liquid.
